ÇANAKKALE SERAMİKLERİ
Çanakkale 17. yy sonlarından 20. yy ilk çeyreğine kadar özgün ve ilginç formlu eserlerin üretim merkezi olmuştur. Seramiklerde kaba kırmızı hamur, nadiren de bej renkli hamur kullanılmıştır. Seramik desenleri yeşil, kahverengi, kirli sarı ve şeffaf sıraltına morumsu kahverengi, turuncu, sarı, lacivert ve beyaz boyalıdır..
Başlıca seramik objeler arasında küp, testi, sürahi, ibrik, maşrapa, tabak, vazo, yazı takımı, mangal bulunmaktadır. Bunlara ek olarak burma kulplu, gaga ağızlı veya emzikli testiler ve halka gövdeli at başlı testiler de üretilmiştir.

Çanakkale Ceramics
From the end of the 17th century to the first decades of the 20th century, Çanakkale was the production area of authentic and picturesque formed works of art. The ceramics, made of mostly thick red paste and rarely beige coloured paste, were embellished with green, brown, dirty yellow motifs. Purplish brown, orange, yellow, dark blue and white paints were applied under transparent glaze. Pitchers, vases, cruses, plates, mugs, writing sets, braziers are among the most common ceramic objects as well as spouted, ring shaped, horse topped pitchers, or pitchers with beak mouth .
